Phone Support	$18.75 for first fifteen minutes    (and each additional)
In-House Evaluation	$37.50 (prior to service;    applied towards repair)
On-Site Service & Support	$75.00 per hour or portion thereof,    plus parts
In-House Service & Support	$37.50 per half-hour, plus parts
Priority On-Site Service & Support	$95.00 per hour - one hour minimum,    plus parts
